Spectator Policy

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following policies. Please note that all visitors entering Toronto Motorsports Park are subject to search, and all items brought through the admission gates will be inspected.

Permitted Items

You may bring the following into the facility on initial entry only:

  • One (1) cooler or bag, no larger than 10” x 12” x 8”. All coolers and bags will be checked at the admission gate.
  • Binoculars, cameras, and video cameras.
  • A limited amount of firewood for campers. Only cut, unprocessed wood is permitted. No skids, treated wood, or scrap wood allowed.
    During major events, firewood may be purchased on-site in the campground area.

⚠️ Items that are oversized or not permitted cannot be left at the gates and must be returned to your vehicle or disposed of.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted anywhere on the premises:

  • Glass bottles, jars, or any glass containers
  • Alcoholic beverages of any kind (sealed or unsealed)

Alcohol is allowed only at campsites of registered campers

  • Firearms, knives, or any kind of weapon
  • Fireworks or explosives
  • Skateboards, roller blades, pocket bikes, bicycles, or scooters
  • Personal motorized vehicles, except:
    • Wheelchairs
    • ATVs or golf carts used strictly for towing race cars
  • Any other item deemed by gate staff to pose a safety or health risk

Strollers are allowed through the gates but not permitted in the grandstands.

Armbands & Re-Entry

  • Armbands must be worn at all times while on the premises.
  • Tampered armbands are considered void, and may be asked to leave or will be required to pay the full admission fee.
  • Please retain your ticket stub, receipt, or electronic ticket.
  • Anyone without a valid armband may be asked to leave or will be required to pay the full admission fee.
  • Re-entry is permitted with the appropriate combination of:
    • Valid armband (untampered)
    • Hand stamp
    • Ticket stub
      As determined by event organizers.

Event Schedule, Rescheduling & Ticket Exchange

Racing schedules are determined by Toronto Motorsports Park and the sanctioning body (e.g., NHRA). Please check official sources for up-to-date scheduling and ticketing information.

Campfires & Camping Conduct

  • Campfires are permitted only in designated camping areas, and only when no open air burning ban is in effect (as per the Haldimand County Fire Chief).
  • Fires must always be attended and safely controlled.
  • A fire extinguisher or other means of extinguishing the fire must be readily available at all times.

Code of Conduct

  • Unruly or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the property.
  • Entire groups may be expelled if one member violates park rules.
  • No refunds will be issued in the case of removal.
  • All removals are at the sole discretion of Toronto Motorsports Park management.

Refund Policy

Refund & Rebooking Policy

Applies to: Road Course, Open Car Lapping, Motorcycle Lapping, F2000 Driving Experience, and Exotic Dream Car Experience

General Policy

  • All registrations are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
  • If a participant does not attend their scheduled date, the booking will be forfeited without refund or rescheduling.
  • In the event Toronto Motorsports Park cancels an experience (e.g., due to unsafe weather conditions), a reschedule will be offered. No refunds will be provided.

Weather Policy

  • All Road Course programs, including Open Car Lapping, Motorcycle Lapping, F2000, and Exotic Dream Car Experiences, operate rain or shine.
  • If weather conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the experience, TMP management will decide whether to cancel the session. Participants will be notified by phone or email.
  • Customers are responsible for contacting our office to reschedule if an event is officially cancelled due to weather.

Rebooking Policy

Open Car Lapping, Motorcycle Lapping, F2000 & Exotic Dream Car Experience

  • Customers may request to reschedule their booking up to two (2) weeks in advance of their scheduled date.
  • Rescheduling within two weeks of the scheduled date is not permitted, and the booking will be forfeited.
  • No refunds will be issued if the customer cannot attend their original date or reschedule within the same season.

Exotic Dream Car Experience – Late Rebooking

  • Rebooking requests made less than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date are subject to a $40.00 administrative fee.
  • Experiences are fully transferable to another individual if the original participant is unable to attend.

Spectator/Crew Ticket & Rainout Policy

  • In the event of a total rainout, spectators/crew will receive 100% credit toward the rescheduled date.
  • Online ticket purchases will automatically be valid for the new date.
  • Box office tickets (purchased at the gate) will also be valid—retain your original ticket receipt to scan on the new date.
  • All ticket sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges.
  • Customers must keep their ticket receipt (with barcode) to gain access to the rescheduled event.
  • Credentials will not be reissued for rescheduled dates.
  • Rainchecks will not be issued after the first round of eliminations has been completed for race competitors.
  • The decision to cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event due to weather is made solely by Toronto Motorsports Park and its affiliated promoters, on an event-by-event basis.
  • Toronto Motorsports Park is not responsible for lost tickets.

Support persons accompanying individuals with disabilities are welcome in all public areas of our facility. Toronto Motorsports Park does not charge admission fees for support persons.
In situations where it is necessary to protect the health or safety of the individual or others, we may require that the person with a disability be accompanied by a support person.

Service Animals

Individuals with disabilities may bring their service animals onto our premises in areas open to the public, unless otherwise excluded by law.
If the animal is not visibly identifiable as a service animal, we may request documentation from a regulated health professional confirming the need.
The individual is responsible for maintaining control of the service animal at all times. If allergies or other health concerns arise, we will make reasonable efforts to meet the needs of all parties.

Training

All employees and volunteers will receive training on:

  • The purpose and requirements of the AODA and relevant accessibility regulations.
